Promotional Offers, Cashback & Wallet Credits

From time to time, Shubhanjali Store may offer promotional discounts, cashback, wallet credits, coupons, promotional codes, or other limited-period benefits.

Each offer may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, offer periods, payment methods, minimum order values, maximum benefits, product exclusions, usage restrictions, and other applicable conditions communicated with the respective promotion.

Shubhanjali Store reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, extend, or discontinue promotional offers where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law. Any changes will not affect benefits already earned where such benefits are required to be honoured under applicable law or the stated terms of the promotion.

Dhamaka Offers – Ashtami & Navami Special

Offer Validity: 18th & 19th October 2026 only.

1. Cashback Offer Details

Customers placing eligible orders on the Shubhanjali Store website during the promotional period will receive cashback based on their product subtotal:

• ₹2,000 – ₹4,999.99: ₹100 Cashback
• ₹5,000 – ₹9,999.99: ₹200 Cashback
• ₹10,000 and above: ₹500 Cashback

Orders below ₹2,000 are not eligible for cashback. The maximum cashback benefit is ₹500 per order. Cashback tiers are not cumulative.

2. Eligible Payment Methods

The cashback offer is applicable to orders placed using the following payment methods:

• Razorpay (Prepaid)
• Cash on Delivery (COD)

3. Cashback Calculation

Cashback eligibility will be determined based on the product subtotal, including applicable GST, but excluding shipping charges and other additional fees.

Applicable coupons or discounts do not reduce the subtotal used to determine cashback eligibility.

4. Cashback Credit Timeline

• Prepaid Orders (Razorpay): Cashback will be automatically credited to the customer’s Shubhanjali Wallet when the order status changes to Processing, following successful payment confirmation.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Cashback will be credited to the customer’s Shubhanjali Wallet only after the order status changes to Completed.

Cashback will not be transferred directly to a bank account or original payment method.

5. Cashback Validity

Cashback credited to the Shubhanjali Wallet will remain valid for 365 days from the date of credit.

Any unused cashback will expire after the validity period.

6. Wallet Usage

Cashback can be used toward eligible purchases on the Shubhanjali Store website.

Wallet cashback cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to a bank account, transferred to another customer, or exchanged for cash.

7. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Cancelled, failed, fraudulent, returned, or fully refunded orders are not eligible for cashback.

If cashback has already been credited and the order is subsequently cancelled, returned, or refunded, Shubhanjali Store reserves the right to reverse the credited cashback.

In cases of partial returns or refunds, cashback eligibility may be recalculated based on the revised eligible product subtotal, and any excess cashback may be reversed.

8. General Terms

• The offer is valid only for eligible orders placed on 18th and 19th October 2026.
• Cashback is credited only to the customer’s registered Shubhanjali Store Wallet.
• Only one cashback tier applies per order.
• Shubhanjali Store reserves the right to withhold or reverse cashback in cases of suspected misuse, fraudulent transactions, or violation of these terms.
• Shubhanjali Store reserves the right to modify or discontinue the offer in exceptional circumstances, subject to applicable law.
