Promotional Offers, Cashback & Wallet Credits

From time to time, Shubhanjali Store may offer promotional discounts, cashback, wallet credits, coupons, promotional codes, or other limited-period benefits.

Each offer may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, offer periods, payment methods, minimum order values, maximum benefits, product exclusions, usage restrictions, and other applicable conditions communicated with the respective promotion.

Shubhanjali Store reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, extend, or discontinue promotional offers where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law. Any changes will not affect benefits already earned where such benefits are required to be honoured under applicable law or the stated terms of the promotion.

5% Prepaid Cashback Offer – 22nd & 23rd August 2026

Customers placing eligible prepaid orders on 22nd and 23rd August 2026 will receive 5% cashback, subject to a maximum cashback of ₹500 per eligible order.

The offer is applicable only to successfully paid prepaid/online orders placed during the promotional period. Cash on Delivery (COD), failed, cancelled, fraudulent, disputed, or chargeback transactions are not eligible for cashback.

The applicable cashback will be credited to the customer’s **Shubhanjali Store Wallet after the eligible order has been successfully processed**.

Cashback credited under this offer will remain valid for 365 days from the date on which it is credited to the customer’s wallet. Any unused cashback may expire after the applicable validity period.

Cashback will be calculated on the eligible order value after applicable discounts or coupons and will exclude shipping charges and other non-product fees, where applicable.

Cashback credited to the Shubhanjali Store Wallet may be used toward eligible future purchases made through the Shubhanjali Store website, subject to applicable wallet and promotional conditions.

Wallet cashback cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash, transferred to a bank account, transferred to another customer, or refunded to the original payment method, except where otherwise required under applicable law.

If an order is subsequently cancelled, returned, fully refunded, or partially refunded after cashback has been credited, Shubhanjali Store reserves the right to reverse, deduct, or proportionately adjust the cashback associated with the affected order.

Shubhanjali Store reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse cashback where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse, manipulation, duplicate transactions, abuse of the promotion, or violation of these offer terms, subject to applicable law.

Eligibility for the cashback offer and the final cashback amount will be determined based on the order and payment information recorded in Shubhanjali Store’s systems, subject to correction in case of a technical or calculation error.

By participating in this cashback promotion, customers agree to the above offer conditions along with the general Terms & Conditions and other applicable policies of Shubhanjali Store.

Cashback Reversal on Returned or Refunded Orders

If an order for which cashback has been credited is subsequently returned, cancelled, or refunded, the cashback credited against that order will be removed from the customer’s Shubhanjali Store Wallet.

In case of a partial return or partial refund, the cashback corresponding to the refunded or returned order amount will be proportionately deducted from the customer’s wallet.

If the cashback has already been used before the return or refund is processed, Shubhanjali Store reserves the right to adjust the applicable cashback amount from the customer’s available or future wallet balance.
